Programme Overview
Session 1 : Foundations & Potential. Explore your business model, core and side products, and growth potential in full alignment with your deeper purpose. We’ll work your brand storytelling framework, product definition and experience playbook.
Session 2 : Audience & Narrative. Identify your target segmentation through a design-thinking lens, defining pricing scopes for audience expansion and crafting narratives that connect purpose with end users and future clients.
Session 3 : Audit & Storytelling. A deep dive into your existing assets and communications history. We organise and prioritise your key messages across channels, balancing storytelling with your real-world capacity.
Session 4 : Voice & Aesthetic. Define your messaging and style per channel. Build a coherent visual and storytelling direction through moodboards, tone guides, pitch lines, and a flexible bio adaptable to different contexts.
Session 5 : Activation. Bring your story to life across selected channels: website, Instagram, press kit or portfolios. We’ll prioritise the narrative angles and the execution strategies for social media that you can actually apply efficiently.
Session 6 : Resonance & Expansion. Identify potential partners and collaborators while developing a growth roadmap that materialises your message and expands your resonance - from strategic brand/influencer collaborations and paid media to newsletters and other audience engagement channels.

Who is this for?
Entrepreneurs, independent owners and brand creators. We gather small groups of up to 12 community members in each bootcamp, to keep a dynamic and attentive flow.
Do I need to own a brand or a business?
It all begins with you. You may have a brand, a business or be the brand yourself, but we work with the authenticity from within, to elevate your own voice and uniqueness.
How are the sessions held ?
We work with online video sessions, programmed once a week, saved and shared with the group. During the 6-weeks a Whatsapp group will be enabled to share ideas, concerns and questions.
Do I get a full brand book?
We help you co-direct your brand book, but we are more focused on giving you the tools and nourishing your confidence on the process that results you may not be able to change down the line.
We offer 1-1 sessions and creative direction assessments in a more limited capacity, but only once we’ve truly understood your own potential for self-management and needs for growth.
